     Tired of reading all of my stuff, and everybody else's crap on the worldwide web? Wish you could put your own opinions on the internet? Don't feel like becoming a member of, or giving out your personal information to, large websites owned by greedy money grabbing corporations who will censor you if you say the wrong word or words, or you offend some person or group that they have an affiliation with or can't afford to have offended because they can put economic, political, and/or other pressure on their business or political or other types of agendas? Did you ever wish that somebody, (that didn't give a shit about money, couldn't and wouldn't be bribed, threatened, extorted, and/or otherwise influenced, wasn't afraid to offend anybody except God, and just wanted to see a world where free speech actually existed for everybody, and not just the lowest scum of the Earth that run almost everything), would set up a website where EVERYBODY could post their own personal comments, opinions, bullshit, jokes, replies, and/or anything you might want to post if it was your own website; a gigantic worldwide free bulletin board for the whole world? Well guess what? That's what I'm doing! I don't know of anybody that has ever done anything like this before. So, I have no idea what to expect, and neither do you. But, governments, corporations, and large groups who think they represent us all and/or own and control us all want to KNOW EVERYTHING about us, what we think, say, or do; yet, they want to KEEP EVERYTHING they think, say, and, do, as well as the private information they have gathered about us without our consent that we might not even be aware of ourselves, A BIG SECRET PROTECTED BY BULLETS, BOMBS, BULLSHIT, THREATS, RICH PEOPLE'S COURT AND POLICE SYSTEMS, AND SIMILAR DEVICES. Well, I say: "FUCK THAT BULLSHIT". Even websites and groups that claim to be in favor of free speech usually have limitations that they feel might not be counted as censorship by the feeble minded masses. But, I say, how about if we just let it all hang out and if mine is a lot bigger than yours you can run off into the woods with your tail tucked between your legs. I will still post stuff on this website. But, my next site, deanrichardkibbe dot net, will be for everybody in the world, the good, bad, the ugly, and those somewhere in between, to say anything they want. I own the domain. I already have the provisions that will handle the servers and internet traffic once I finish setting up the site in a blog type format. It will be soon. Although a lot of  times I have projects that get delayed for quite awhile, because I end up getting wrapped up in different projects more, for a number of reasons, this one I will give a top priority to, with a set minimum time allotted per day, until it is finished. I will put enough words on the site to explain how to use it and post and read material on the site. I don't expect to reply very much, if at all, to other people's posts, even if they happen to be about me, someone I love, and/or something I believe in. If I do reply on that site, I will post it the same way as everybody else. But, trust me on this, even though it's only words, my training, experiences, creativity, and other qualifications mean that, if I do reply, I will be many times better than you at pissing other people off. I will not give up my championship on that. I realize that the site could start some type of new trend(s) on the internet, which might be good in some ways and bad in others. But, how could the internet get any worse than it already is?

     Here are some of the issues that I have considered might possibly arise from completely uncensored free speech for the whole world, and some points I have thought up about possible ways that people using the site, and other people in the world who could be potentially affected by any posts, can counteract and/or prevent any potential bad side effects:

     I will not accept any donations and/or other considerations in any way and/or allow anyone to influence or affect this project in any way. I have everything I need to set up and run the site. However, if other people find causes they would like to help out with in any way, as a result of any posts, they should proceed with caution, and check it out thoroughly, to make sure it isn't a partial or total scam, as many things offered on the internet are. Then they can hopefully make a wise, informed decision on how much, if any they should contribute to the cause they have found.

     I will not accept any ads, or have any popups, cookies, and/or other devices money making websites often have. However, since the posts will be uncensored, there will be nothing to prevent anyone from using their post to tell you about some product or service, whether they have a financial interest, or were just a satisfied customer. You will, in that case, just have to remember that you can believe none of what you hear and less than half of what you see, and try to confirm or deny the factuality of any claims about products or services from verifiable sources and/or direct examination. Sometimes people might post that a product or service is bad. It might be true, from there own experiences, partly true and/or misleading from a second hand source of hearsay. You will just have to do your own detective work if you think you might need that product or service but don't want to get ripped off. There are websites that give reviews that might give a more accurate picture of commercial items. Since I don't care about money making systems and think money should become extinct, any vendors should make sure their products are so terrific that everyone is absolutely sure it is not a scam. 

     Some posts might be a complete lie designed to slander/libel someone they have a malicious agenda against or adverse relationship with. Since anyone can post anonymously or identify themselves, you might want to consider some points: If they are posting anonymously they are much more likely to feel that they can get by with lying. So, you might want to give less, if any, credibility to any unverified posts by anonymous posters if it seems like what they are alleging about another person sounds more like what an enemy would say than what a close friend or family member would say, especially since a close friend is likely to know that person better than an enemy would. If one person posts an allegation, any other person can make their own post to dispute the factuality of the other person's post. Hopefully free speech can balance itself, since all witnesses can be heard, and everyone else can determine what is true and what is not, without any persons or groups with agendas censoring part or all of the evidence. Once you post something, I will have no way to verify who actually made the post. So, even if I wanted to, if you allege that you are the person that made a certain post and you would like it removed, I will not do so. However, like everybody else in the world, you will be free to make another post that alleges that the previous post was yours and/or was in error or anger, and you would like to retract and/or apologize for your post. Keep in mind that even if you personally verify that the person making a post is who they say they are, any posts could be a lie.

     There might be some things posted that reveal information that other persons wanted to keep secret. If they are a government, which is supposed to be representing the people, I do not accept that they have any right to keep their activities a secret from the public. That is one of the major reasons for much of the evil in the world, the ability of principalities and powers to keep what they are doing a secret. If what they are doing is good and moral, and not evil, they wouldn't have to keep it a secret. As far as individual persons, that is a tough area. I have no simple solution to prevent anyone with a hostile agenda from posting information about another person that some person or group of persons wanted to keep secret anymore than I have to prevent posts that are complete lies. Anyone who wants to keep something a secret from the website should keep it a secret from any persons they can't trust with that secret. Your privacy has been taken away by your governments and corporations who take away free speech. Hopefully, in a society where free speech exists, there will be checks and balances figured out that will compensate for any disadvantages to free speech. Maybe in a world with true free speech, and not just the words "free speech" thrown around by fascists about freedom that doesn't really exist, we can create an environment where people can love each other as brothers and sisters, instead of adversaries who have to choose sides and be told who we are supposed to hate and fight against.

     There is nothing to stop someone from posting material that is copyrighted. Well, the whole copyright thing is just about people who want to make as much money as they can by keeping other people from printing their crap. I doubt that anyone is going to take the time to post the contents of an entire book in a blog type format. And, even if they did, I doubt that anyone would waste time reading it when they can read posts from people all around the world who normally are not allowed to freely speak their views. 

     Anyone posting should remember that, because the format will be completely uncensored, you might want to take some time to check your facts, and, if necessary, take a cooling off period before posting; because, once something is posted on the internet, it is there for as long as there is an internet. 

     As far as legal liability, if anyone thinks that anything posted constitutes a cause of action in the court of their choice, I have no way to prevent them from filing suit against any poster they can identify as responsible. That will be between the Plaintiff and any poster(s) they choose to serve with a summons and complaint. As far as anyone of any species taking me to court: Good luck bitches; you will need it! I doubt if you will get public opinion on your side. We have been waiting for many years to put you rectums in your proper place, and I think they will have to start extra delivery companies to manage all of the parties sending you two copies of their amicus briefs. Of course, I will have a lot of frightening things to worry about. When I am walking point in my nightmares. But, I usually only sleep a couple hours at a time, and then it's my time on watch. So, I can sit around day and night, typing up huge boxes full of motions, interrogatories, and similar legal items, for the Plaintiffs and their families, for free, and you can let your highly-paid legal dream teams of well-educated idiots cancel their vacations trying to beat me at your own game. But, a Grizzly Bear doesn't have to know how to swing a tennis racket if he can just bite off your arms.

     As far as me worrying about any consequences of my offending anybody: (1) I don't have to impress or fear anyone except God, (2) I don't have to worry about getting fired or losing any business...
